1. Where do we ship from?
          We'll ship either from our PA warehouse or Amazon fulfillment center. All orders will be picked up by FedEx & UPS next business day. Expected arrival 2-4 business days (Free shipping) Or expedite shipping Guarantee by Amazon prime 2 days.

2. Return & Exchange Policy.
          Buyers are eligible for 21 days return & exchange policy. However all bears must be in original condition, buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. How long is the warranty?
         Our stuffed animal comes with 90 days warranty but does not cover damage caused by human factors, accident, misuse of the product.

4. How do I cancel my order? 
Due to our extremely fast order fulfillment to cancel your order, you MUST contact us within 24hrs of placing your order. We can be contacted using the "contact us page" 

5. Do you ship overseas or deliver to APO OR FPO addresses?
Please order our product directly from Amazon, they will able to arrange shipping method according to your needs.
